1. Please select the desired location either at Subang Jaya, Johor Bahru or Penang and the upcoming training dates will appear. Fill up the form below while acknowledging the stated terms.

3. Proceed to upload your payment slip in the online form. 

4. Scroll up to the top of page after submission, your submission is successful if you see the message : Your response was successfully received!
5. The official confirmation together with your receipt will be sent to you 10 mins after you register. Kindly note that receipt is valid only upon payment clearance.
6. You need to bring your IC and the original copy or softcopy of your payment slip when you attend the course. Please snap a photo or make a copy of the payment slip for your safekeeping.


 

Terms and Conditions: This is an electronic form and no signature is required. Submission is considered final. No refunds can be made for cancellation and no postponements are allowed. Kindly complete the Registration Form and upload your bank payment slip at least 1 day prior to the course. Seats are limited and are allocated on a first come first serve basis based on full payment and completed forms.
