Candidates receive the following upon successful completion:
1. The Diploma certificate upon passing all 11 subjects in the Examination held by the Real Estate Board (LPPEH).
2. Eligibility to be listed as Probationary Estate Agent upon passing all 11 subjects.
3. The Estate Agents License after serving as a probationary agent for 2 years and attending the Professional Interview (Test of Professional Competence).

Diploma in Estate Agency - 1 Year Program October Intake

Offers candidates the opportunity to complete their Diploma Exams in less than 18 months compared to the conventional 2 years. Covers the full syllabus – 11 subjects. Lessons are held 2-3 times a week.
Diploma in Estate Agency - 2 Year Part 1 March Intake

Description :
Covers the first 6 subjects of the Diploma in Estate Agency course. The course begins in June 2012 and lessons are held between 1-2 times a week, providing candidates ample time for exam preparation.
Diploma in Estate Agency - 2 Year Part 2 March Intake

Description :
Covers the last 5 subjects of the Diploma in Estate Agency course with option to include Building Technology for those yet to complete Building Tech 2. It is meant for candidates who have already started their Diploma in the previous semester but it is also suitable for new candidates because restrictions to complete Part 1 subjects before proceeding to Part 2 have been removed by the Board.
Diploma in Estate Agency - Customized Syllabus

Description :
Candidates already pursuing the Estate Agency Diploma may also enrol for individual subjects for reasons such as successfully passing all subjects with only two remaining or intending to enrol for less subjects. Offer available for candidates who are retaking their failed subjects.
