Do you want to start a career in the Real Estate industry? You can get started by becoming a Real Estate Negotiator (REN). In Malaysia, you will need to attend a compulsory two (4) days negotiator certification course (NCC Course) before you can be registered as a REN to start selling properties. Sometimes, this course is also referred to as a REN course as it is the required course to become a REN in Malaysia.
Negotiators are required to be registered with the Board (BOVAEP / LPPEH) to conduct real estate transactions and obtain a REN tag. The Board is the governing body for negotiators and real estate agents in Malaysia and REN registration is part of the efforts by the board to improve the professionalism in the industry and to weed out illegal brokers.
Good Institute is approved by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia to provide the NCC and we have been providing it since its inception. Course attendees love our course as it is practical, fun, and informative. A great environment and good meals are provided too. The BOVAEP certificate will be provided at the end of the course which enables attendees to obtain a REN tag and REN number.

Good Institute has conducted the best course ever! The VAEA Act and Rules session was very good. Now I can improve my sales skills after getting more knowledge and information about the sale and rental process.
